WARRANTY STATEMENT

that each new Poulan brand electr ic or

cordless pr oduct is free from defects in

materi al and workmanship and agrees to

re pair or re place under this warr a nty any

defecti ve Poulan brand electr i c product

wit hin one (1) year from the origi nal date of

purchase.

If your Poulan brand electri c or cordl ess

product should fail wi t hi n the lim i ted war-

ranty period, return it, complete, prepaid,

wit h proof of purchase, to the dealer from

whom it was purch a sed for r epa ir or re-

placement at the option of Poulan.

This warra nty is not tr ansferabl e and does

not cover damage or liability caused by

imp roper handlin g, im proper main t e-

nance or the use of accessories and/or at-

tachments not specif ical l y recommended

by Poulan for this electric product. Addi-

tional ly, thi s warranty does not cover parts

that will wear and requir e r eplacement

wit h reasonable use during the warranty

period. This warr anty does not cover pre--

deliver y setup or normal adjustments ex-

plained in the instr ucti on manual.

CIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MA Y

HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHI CH VARY

FROM STATE TO STATE.

NO CLAIMS FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
